Trump Calls Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy ‘Dictator’

WASHINGTON/KYIV/BUDAPEST (Worthy News) – Relations between Washington and Kyiv rapidly deteriorated Wednesday, with U.S. President Donald J. Trump calling his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zekenskyy a “dictator” who may soon have no country.

Zelenskyy “refuses to have Elections, is very low in Ukrainian Polls, and the only thing he was good at was playing [former U.S. President] Biden “like a fiddle.” A Dictator without Elections, Zelenskyy better move fast or he is not going to have a Country left,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social media platform in comments verified by Worthy News.

“Think of it, a modestly successful comedian, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, talked the United States of America into spending $350 Billion Dollars, to go into a War that couldn’t be won, that never had to start, but a War that he, without the U.S. and “TRUMP,” will never be able to settle,” Trump began his message describing the comedian-turned-president

“The United States has spent 200 Billion Dollars more than Europe, and Europe’s money is guaranteed, while the United States will get nothing back,” Trump added, apparently referring to Europe freezing Russian assets as collateral.

Trump then lashed out at his predecessor, President Joe Biden, wondering: “Why didn’t Sleepy Joe Biden demand Equalization, in that this War is far more important to Europe than it is to us – We have a big, beautiful Ocean as separation. On top of this, Zelenskyy admits that half of the money we sent him is ‘MISSING,’” Trump complained.

After calling Zelenskyy “A Dictator without Elections” and warning him of his country’s demise without profound changes at the top, Trump noticed that “In the meantime, we are successfully negotiating an end to the War with Russia, something all admit only “TRUMP,” and the Trump Administration, can do.”

‘GRAVY TRAIN’

He claimed that President “Biden never tried, Europe has failed to bring Peace, and Zelenskyy probably wants to keep the “gravy train” going. I love Ukraine, but Zelenskyy has done a terrible job, his Country is shattered, and MILLIONS have unnecessarily died – And so it continues…..”

It was unclear what his “millions” were based on as several officials so far estimated that roughly one million people have been killed or injured. And despite Trump’s rhetoric about low poll numbers for Zelenskyy, the International Institute voor Sociology in Kyiv said earlier this month that 57 percent of those polled said they “trust Zelenskyy.”

That contradicted Trump’s assessment that Zelenskyy’s approval rating stands at 4 percent amid a reported crackdown on some opposition figures.

It was unclear whether Trump’s harsh words were in reaction to reports that Zelenskyy has told his aides to reject Trump’s proposal to grant the United States significant access to Ukraine’s rare earth minerals.

U.S. officials said the proposal would be a form of repayment for the support Washington has provided Kyiv since its war with Russia began.

However, Zelenskyy said he did not feel the agreement included adequate U.S. security guarantees for Ukraine, according to sources familiar with his thinking.

DEMANDING PLACE

Zelenskyy also publicly warned that Ukraine would “never accept any decisions between the United States and Russia” regarding the outcome of peace negotiations without Ukraine’s participation.

His comments, made during this weekend’s Munich Security Conference, come ahead of U.S. delegates meeting their Russian counterparts in Saudi Arabia this week.

“We have this place at the table at the very beginning, and we are the first who are at this table because the war is in Ukraine,” Zelenskyy added.

He warned that Ukrainians would never accept a peace deal that was negotiated on their behalf.

“We are thankful for all the support, unity in the U.S. around Ukraine support – even bipartisan support – we are thankful for all of this, but there is no leader in the world that can make a deal with (Russian President Vladimir) Putin without us, about us,” he stated.

Trump has said he is willing to meet both Zelenskyy and Russian President Vladimir Putin as part of efforts to reach a peace deal by Easter and “stop the killing.”
